Ilea Cincinnati would like to cordially invite you to attend our September meeting on hybrid events. This will be a Hybrid event itself with an in person event happening in Cincinnati and a virtual option for those that would like attend online. Hear how one local AV production company, Prestige AV & Creative Services is pivoting to virtual and hybrid events. Get a behind the scenes tour of a virtual studio and the resources needed to produce a successful hybrid or virtual event. There will be presentations from Vincent Lighting who will talk about lighting for virtual events, a presentation from Funky Catering on best practices for food prep and service, a  presentation from a Drees Pavilion, a local event facility on their latest trends regarding in person events, and finally a presentation from Fern Expo on new technologies they are rolling our regarding their new "Fern Health Check" platform and app. It's only $5 to attend online and we will allow time for questions and answers after the event.
